Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy, effective from the date of receipt of your order.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- All items must be returned as a complete set. We do not accept returns for individual items within a set.
- Products that are opened, used or damaged cannot be returned unless defective. .
Return Process:

- Return Authorisation: Upon receiving your request, we will provide a Return Authorisation and detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurs on our part.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund via store credits within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issuance and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased using promotional codes
- Items marked as “Sale”
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will help resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a full refund.
